We look for photographers with a point of view, and a distinct style. Who are strong collaborators, and have experience working as part of a team.
Must have a portfolio of current work, and show projects you are working on. Must have a strong website.
We look primarily for photographers who do fashion, portraiture, and beauty. We tend to give a preference to women photographers as they are often overlooked by our industry.
All Others:
We ask that you have been working in the photography industry for at leastfive years.
Must have a strong website, demonstrating recent work. We look for artists who show a point of view, and a distinct style. We want you to be a seasoned collaborator, and have experience working as part of a team.
If you are a stylist, you have relationships with designers and fashion houses.
Artist’s Agencies:
Just because you represent someone, does not mean we should not work together. We still want to be friends with you!
Modeling + Talent Agencies:
We love being in close contact with agencies worldwide. Please reach out and let us know who you represent.
Generally, we look for people who are very skilled, and do not take themselves too seriously. We like to work with people who are warm, generous and kind - who leave their egos at home.
Once you are a part of the Virgo Rising network, you will be considered for upcoming work - if we think you are a good match for a particular project. We can never guarantee that you will get work through us.
We are not a traditional agency, so you are always free to take other work. However, if you get hired for a job through us, we will take a percentage similar to an agency fee.
