Caroline has had a long career as a fashion and advertising photographer. In 2018, she began providing creative and art direction for photo shoots. She launched Virgo Rising later that same year.

Her role at Virgo Rising is to advise clients on creative projects, and help to shape their ideas. She provides on set photo art direction, and oversees the creative direction of campaigns and editorial shoots.

Caroline also acts as a consultant to emerging and established photographers to help craft their portfolios, personal work and marketing.

Alessandro has spent much of the last two decades working in photography production. He is also the Creative Director of the fashion magazine, Juste.

As head of Advertising + Editorial Production at Virgo Rising, Alessandro is responsible for all aspects of your shoot. From budgeting, to model and talent casting, locations, to hiring the best retouchers, he makes sure that each shoot is a success.

Currently In: NYC, New York

Mathias has worked for many of Europe’s largest corporate retail groups. Prior to coming on board at Virgo Rising, Mathias was a senior legal advisor at Oiseau Paris.

With a background in business and contract law, he brings his many years of expertise to our Virgo Rising clientele and to our network of creatives.
